Description

This option is longer than Yelpri(2) and has more climbing, but it avoids the long road sections. The walk through woodland and riverside between Cadover Bridge and Hoo Meavy is really beautiful, if a lot harder. There is an increase in elevation involved and the paths are more rugged than the road. Between Cornwood and Ivybridge the route climbs up and over Hanger Down with beautiful views

A long and varied route. Woodland paths and open hillside are chosen over road sections. There are stiles involved and some quite steep sections. There is a community pub at Cornwood and very often an ice-cream van at Cadover Bridge.
