Description
Inspecting wincre-1 on the map and Google Street View, before taking a walk, identified the short section of road between the canal bridge and Church Minshull as a bit iffy. The road is busy as a rat run Crewe to Winsford there is no verge and no pavement. While it's a shame to miss services in the village there are services at Bradfield Green. So the route was amended along the canal missing Church Minshull. Having now walked the route other minor changes have been made including, at Winsford Bottom Flash using the level boardwalk rather than making a steep climb by the road. At Crewe station, minor roads are used avoiding a walk alongside a busy road
