Pleasant route starting at the bus station in Warwick, through the edge of the town to St Nicholas Park. It is possible to avoid the steps down to the river in the Park by entering the park at the main gate. Route follows the river Avon and joins the canal using a steep flight of steps. Then continues into Royal Leamington Spa via Victoria Park. Both Warwick and Leamington have a full range of facilities. The detour into the station at Leamington can be avoided by following signed foot paths and using the underpass to the station.

Enjoyable route leaving the centre of Warwick and then walking along side the River Avon, Grand Union Canal and the River Leam. Confusing extension at the end not going directly to the railway station.

Nice varied route with a mix of different views and terrain. Last 500m could have been skipped as sent me on a strange detour nearing the station.
