Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

14 May 2022This review has not covered the whole route because of time constraints and will be undertaken in two stages by doing this route starting from Penzance and in the first stage finishing at Madron.
This stage of the route is not particularly attractive as it mainly consists of main roads with a significant amount of traffic. The only real plus is that there are pavements for the whole of the journey. A walker starting from Penzance and aiming for Madron would not follow this route as there is a better one which has the drawback in that it is not suitable for wheels. The next stage will be undertaken shortly and consideration might be given to offering a modified route.
