Description
This route takes you to the north of Tildol1 along wooded lanes climbing up a little from the valley bottom. Easy to follow and makes a nice circular with either Tildol1 or Tildol3. It heads south out of Tilli before turning onto the old railway line for a short way. It then turns north, crosses the A91 (care must be taken) and heads gently up through the Harviestoun Estate on Core paths and rights of way. At Whitelawhead keep right to continue the traverse along the hillside. At Belmont House turn left and enter Dollar above the town. The final part of the route goes through the grounds of Dollar Academy and arrives at a bus stop nicely placed by a cafe with delicious offerings
