Very similar to version 1 but slightly longer to avoid Kingsbury Rifle Range. Plotting tidied to eliminate a couple of vague sections and to ensure the route through Sutton Coldfield can be followed at all times

31 Jul 2024A thoroughly enjoyable route! Healthily varied and for large parts offroad. Very well supplied with shops and pubs throughout. Very easy to follow. Only one section of onroad walking needed, just east of Middleton. Hourly buses to Wood End from Tamworth. A plethora of buses and trains to Sutton Coldfield, mainly from Birmingham.
