07 Jan 2024The makings of a good route, but there's a few errors.
First, you don't have to walk down the residential Surrey and Gloucester Streets to access the Sutton Brook Greenway; you can to it directly from Parr Stocks Road.
Second, the footpath through Sutton Moss, despite marked on OS maps, goes right through a dense wood of silver birch and a boggy area, and doesn't appear to exist on the ground.
Lastly, access to Wheatacre Wood can be made earlier than suggested by this route map.
Like I said, the making of a good route; I've adjusted it slightly for SthBur Two.
