This is an accessible and easy route which takes you few some nice parks / rec ground spaces and lands you at the lovely green in Southwick. It's paved all the way. There is a tricky crossing to do at Traflagar Rd - this road is often busy. But people do make way for pedestrians at the roundabout. The photos on other reviews are accurate.

At 2.63km, this is the shortest Slow Way route in Sussex. It is well traced on the map and easy to follow. The route is 100% paved on pavements through residential streets, plus Southwick Park and Portslade Cemetery. It seemed perfectly accessible to wheeled users, all kerbs were dropped at road crossings. There's a corner shop and a pub at the halfway point. Perfectly serviceable Slow Way, but not very interesting.

Nice little route that takes you away from roads where possible like through the cemetery and through the recreation ground but still accessible. We walked in the direction of Porslade to Southwick and got a bit confused as the path wasn't obvious through the leisure centre from the entrance of the centre but was clear when we got closer. Photos attached try to show this.
