24 May 2022Beautiful route through RSPB Lodge. The main negative is that the Sandy end goes out along Everton Rd, with no good footpath alongside it. I'd recommend instead going out on Potton Rd then taking the footpath through the northern edge of RSPB Lodge - less road walking and much safer.

31 May 2021Very beautiful route, with a combination of woodland, pavement, paths, and towpath next to a river. Part of it passes through the RSPB Lodge nature reserve. Large areas not suitable for wheelers due to uneven and narrow paths.
