Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

Hugh Hudson
16 Jun 2024 (edited 17 Jun 2024)Walked from Radlett to Borehamwood. Rather dull, just a long pavement walk which lacks interest and excitement, but is at least very easy, direct and simple to follow. Theobald Street has a pavement on the north-east side all the way.
From Radlett station, we take the southern exit road, then follow the main street south to Theobald Street, where we turn right. We follow the east/left pavement all the way into Borehamwood. Once in the residential area there are parallel streets and pavements which offer a little bit of choice. Eventually we reach the roundabout where we cross to the opposite corner to the meeting point outside Elstree & Borehamwood station.
