Some bits of the route are on busy roads, there is a very busy road to cross, there are lots of stiles, some rough ground and a confusing bit through a farm where I got lost. There are some lovely stretches of walk too, across fields and along wooded paths.

A very enjoyable route between Pool and Adel. You can speed up the route by walking along the road North of Adel to Bramhope. However, the off road sections are well worth visiting.

The path through Bramhope Grove Farm is not sign posted but the route on the map is possible.
