Description
This route follows a section of the Capital Ring and Greenway and is therefore well signposted, mainly off road and a pleasant walk. I have started it from the same location as PLANOR one however you could also start from Plainor DLR station and walk south slightly. The route follows a sewer for the first mile or so which a path and park area has been built over the top of. It then travels south through Beckton District Park before coming out at the Royal Albert Dock with a great view of City Airport. There is a diversion on the route for much of 2022 at the Sir Steve Redgrave Bridge which means a short section along a road (with pavement) before you can get back on the Thames path through to the finish

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
