20 Jun 2024Might be the quickest way from Plaistow to East ham but it is also along the main busy road and not pleasant at all.

22 Jul 2022This is not a good route - all along the Barking Road which is noisy and with little shade. A much better route is to head south east on the Greenway and come off at Boundary Road and wiggle through the smaller streets to Central Park East Ham. That way also takes you past a community orchard near Newham General Hospital.
