Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

24 May 2024Planned on walking this soon, but, as the previous reviewer noted, it goes through the fenced off demolished remains of a chemical plant in the centre of Cefn Mawr. So this route is not in any way feasible.
Will definitely give LlaRho Two a go!.

03 May 2021For the most part this is a good route along excellent paths either tarmac, or on the canal towpath, but it falls down in a couple of places, where it crosses private land and tries to take you through an old chemical works which cannot be navigated. There is a slightly revised version - Llarho 2 which has been uploaded which avoids these obstacles. There is also a wheelchair friendly version uploaded llarho 3.
