09 Feb 2023Walked from Llantrisant to Beddau. Lovely walk mostly over Llantrisant Common, a little bit muddy in parts but otherwise no issues.

An excellent walk, mainly over Llantrisant common. Easy to navigate and easy walking, although I would imagine it could get a bit slippy and muddy underfoot in places when wet. I love the "banana slices" description of the stepping stones over the stream on the common by the previous reviewer - nailed it !

14 Jun 2021This 2.5km route has been walked in 34 minutes going from Llantrisant Bull Ring to the Beddau/Tynant sign at the bus stop.
The walk was done in good weather in June 2021. Underfoot conditions were excellent. Areas to take care include the narrow road section leading north to the common from the Butcher's Arms and the "banana slices" stepping stones over the stream at the eastern edge of the common as you exit.
