Good route with clear access throughout. Cycleway across marshland from Llangefni is well paved. Two options from the railway crossing in the marshland. Follow route as shown on the website to Gaerwen which is clear but wet. Or continue on cycleway under A55 and across A5 to a car park in an RSPB reserve, following lanes and the A5 through to Gaerwen. Paths across to Llanddaniel Fab are clear, though road alternatives are available. Coast path from here to Menai Bridge is clearly waymarked.
