15 Nov 2022I walked Keywic two yesterday from Wick to Keynsham. I will post a 4 * review on Keywic two. For the reasons stated previously Keywic one should be deleted.

10 Feb 2022A straightforward and pleasing stroll mostly along the Monarch's Way towards the Cotswolds from the old home of the Crunchie bar (if you follow the nicer Keynsham to Wick direction). Some horses and an ancient pygmy goat to negotiate and the odd muddy patch. Plenty of stiles and some bridges over the River Boyd.

10 Feb 2022 (edited 16 Nov 2022)A good route overall but it has a mapping inaccuracy. See my review on Keywic two, which is the corrected version.

25 Apr 2021A lovely walk across fields and through a small village, some of the route contains small wooden slat bridges and contains kissing gates and stiles throughout. There is one very steep section that takes you near the top of the hills, but for the vast majority, it is a fairly flat walk. There are a few sections where the route direction is unclear but having the GPX file helped this. At the beginning in Keynsham, there is a section which guides you under a river bridge. This is impassable and should not be followed. Instead, follow the park path round to the road (Avon Mill Lane) and then cross over the top of this river on the Avon Mill Lane road bridge instead. I have uploaded a fixed version of this GPX file, Keywic Two.

15 Nov 2022You are quite right to correct this anomoly. I will copy my original review over to Keywic two, to get that verified, and adjust my review on this one

15 Nov 2022Good stuff. I wrote to Slow Ways recommending that they replace drafted routes, with 'boots on the ground' routes, removing drafting errors. Too many people take the gpx routes as the actual route rather than a guide
