02 Feb 2024I walked from Kensington to Paddington.
A good direct easy to navigate route with lots of interest along the way. Nice cafe in Kensington Gardens with the Elfin Oak. Shops, Embassies, art and architecture. Yes, there are people but it's their baggage that's annoying.
Good for wheels.

10 Dec 2023I walked this on a rainy morning, from Paddington to Kensington.
I *mostly* followed this route, but only because I walk here very often and went on autopilot → I got into the park at Porchester Terrace. It's a good route though, except for the really busy part on Kensingon High Street. Just too many people.

31 Aug 2022I walked this route from High Street Kensington to Paddington. The bit along Kensington High Street is nasty, always, a traffic-clogged sewer! In Hyde Park, the route quiets down and becomes quite lovely. This route meets up with the Jubilee Greenway walk on the Broad Walk in front of Kensington Palace and follows that route through the streets along the side of Paddington Station. I was quite pleased - the architecture was gorgeous, and even the road approaching Paddington was fairly quiet until just before Paddington. This route has less Hyde Park than the other Kenpad options, but it's another great option for getting between Kensington and Paddington.
