02 Mar 2024This was a fine route until the storms earlier this year; it is now substantially blocked by fallen trees. There is a rough walkaround (in blue on picture - no path, steep) via the Killoeter ridge or an alternate on tracks to Cardross (see the Three Lochs Way website).

21 Jun 2023 (edited 25 Jun 2023)There's a section of this route, near Gouk Hill, which looks challenging, if not impossible, to walk. Instead I continued to follow the Three Lochs Way at this point, as also suggested by the Walk Highlands website. The pictures show the problem area.
