I walked this route both ways. Paved paths almost all the way which made for easy walking. Quite steep in places and some flights of steps. But overall easy to follow and walk and lovely harbour views, plenty of benches and access to beaches for a rest on the way!.

Good, mostly easy walking on a picturesque off-road route. Asphalt path with a few steep sections. Didn’t use the GPX, so worth further testing!.
