This route is quite good, but there are some serious inaccuracies in the gpx file. I've uploaded an alternative that is much more accurate.

Walked this route from Fulham to Kensington.
This is largely an urban route, and as such is very nice. The walk through the Brompton Cemetery is especially beautiful.
However, the gpx file (on Komoot) took me through some unnecessary detours, e.g. taking Old Brompton Road instead of Wetherby Gardens, and again to an unnecessary crossing on Cromwell Road.
It is safe and easy and I would walk it again avoiding the detours.
