Along with being at great connection to the Ewell to Sutton walk, half of this route is a wonderful stroll from Ewell East station to Epsom.

There’s a little bit of residential walking but mostly lovely footpaths.
A small section of the London Loop also makes a cameo in Nonsuch Park.

Mainly off-road or quiet back-road route. Slight possibility of muddy patches. Warren Farm section has no street lights. Main road crossings by pedestrian lights or Zebra Crossing. No shops or toilets en route but Ashley Centre near end has all facilities. One kissing gate.
Links with Ewell to Sutton (Ewesut) at Nonsuch Park. If coming from Ewell there are steps after crossing A240.
