Description

This route is a derivation of Cormel, because the section between ST 90384 66139 to ST 90522 66122 is a fp which is in legal dispute between Wilts Council and the landowners. On the definitive map the path is shown is running THROUGH a pair of houses.

NOTE : In summer the section between ST 90522 66122 and 90397 65435 may also be impassable due to landowner growing maize, and failing to reinstate footpath

Report

Referring to previous report the fields that were planted with maze have still not had foot path reinstated plus path between ST90370 66758 & 90404 67082. has been plowed and footpath not reinstated. The section ST 88922 69085. & 88737 69312 has been fenced off. The footpath sign at road end still exists but there is no marker between there and 88922 69085. I will contact Wits CC to report changes to route.

An improvement on Cormel one, by removing illegal element, but replacing with potential blocked path by maize.
