26 Aug 2024Quite a cute walk. Very flat, good mix of footpaths, woodland trails, shore line paths, and pavements. Not totally accurate through the woods near Locks Heath Centre, but as this is such a small bit of the trip and LHC has many entrances, this is fine.
Challenging for wheelchairs because of the path through Holly Hill, but there may be versions that could make this viable in good weather. Holly Hill can get Very wet and muddy in the winter, so could be seasonally tricky.

17 Aug 2024Lovely walk along the seafront. New route takes into account the various marinas that you need to walk through. Very pretty.

13 Aug 2024This is adjusted route that takes into account lack of access from Universal Marina through Crableck Lane which now seems to be private.
Once over the Hamble its a lovel walk along the marina with some great views. Into Locks Heath remains a pretty nice walk. If you need a pub to finish your walk you might need to take a slight detour, although we don't know this area well so happy to stand corrected.

12 Aug 2024This was a really pretty route over Bursledon bridge and along the river Hamble past Universal Marina. Lots of people out enjoying a walk and the scenery. The route made good use of park lane walk with only a small section that was on a road that had no footpath, although we met no vehicles whilst walking this section on a Sunday afternoon.
