Description
This route avoids a footpath blocked by housing developers behind the Fox and Hounds pub. It also uses quieter residential streets through Haywards Heath and short wooded section through the what remains of 'the Heath' in Clair Park.
I will upload another route when the developers deign to reopen the blocked footpath south from Rocky Lane

Surveys
We are working to build-up a picture of what routes look like. To do that we are asking volunteers to survey routes so that we can communicate features, obstacles and challenges that may make a route desirable or not.
Slow Ways surveyors are asked to complete some basic online training, but they are not vetted. If you are dependent on the survey information being correct in order to complete a route, we recommend that you think critically about the information provided. You may also wish to wait until more than one survey has been completed.
Help people know more about this route by volunteering to submit a survey.

16 Feb 2022An interim Slow Way to use while the footpath through Kiln Wood was blocked by the housing developers. Now superseded by BURHAY 4, you don't need to walk beside the road at Fox Hill and Sussex Road HH.

12 Feb 2024Quite a nice route , can be muddy in places and essentially the same as BURHAY 1. Fun but certain roads such as fox hill aren't very nice or interesting
