Almost, but not quite. The section between Pen Y Fan pond along Nant Gwrhay is completely overgrown and almost impassable. The public rights of way on the OS map do not match what actually happens on the ground and you end up following a track that leads through someone's garden, definitely private land. Had to sneak through and hope nobody noticed me, so I wouldn't recommend. I've uploaded an alternative (and walked it) at Blaabe2.
