Description

The original 'Bambla one' included a non-existent bridge for the crossing of the River Darwen at Hoghton Bottoms (it collapsed a few years ago). This new route includes a pleasant 1.5km detour to use the next footbridge. It also now has just one railway level crossing at Gregson Lane
