Existing problems reported with 1279
- This route is unsafe. It includes a long section of the A1101, a fast, busy road with no pavement or walkable verge. Divert the route to follow the riverbank all the way to make it safe. There is a former railway trackbed along the river bank that provides a good walking surface. The entire route is flat, so there is no ascent or descent involved. Reported 19 Sep 2023
