    14. The section between Doeford Bridge and Gibbon Bridge includes a crossing of the river Loud, which may be difficult after heavy rain. 15.5 km from start — 25 Jun 2021

    15. The final part of the path between Doeford Bridge and Gibbon Bridge goes between a barbed wire fence and heavy vegetation, necessitating a crossing of the fence. Coupled with the potentially difficult river crossing on this section, it may be better to consider the alternative footpath to the north west, passing through Greenlands, or continuing along the road bewteen the two bridges. 16 km from start — 25 Jun 2021
